 Ph.D., University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Affiliated with the Quantitative Division My research interests are in the areas of intergroup relations and diversity, culture and help-seeking attitudes, and vocational interest structure and assessment. Several lines of my ongoing research include Asian/Asian Americans' status-based rejection sensitivity and essentialist and malleable lay theory on social functioning, cultural influences on Asian/Asian Americans' likelihood of seeking counseling help, perception of subtle racism, and examination of vocational interest structure and assessment.
